COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the planned reductions in air traffic to Barbados, it may be that your original flight date is not available. If you've booked through a tour operator or travel agent, we recommend that you contact them for the reconfirmation of your travel plans. Rest assured we are here and happy to help you adjust your stay dates accordingly.

We require all guests to use our ADVANCED CHECK-IN SERVICE prior to arrival, to assist with reducing the length of the check-in process.

COVID-19 WORRY-FREE POLICY
Should you or anyone in your travelling party be diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to the start of your holiday, Ocean Hotels agrees to extend your booking to future dates subject to availability and season, provide a credit note for any unused days or cancel without penalty. Additionally, this will also be applicable if your country of origin or Barbados prohibits travel or if your flight is cancelled or changed. Medical or Airline documentation must be provided. Should you test positive prior to returning to your home country you may be able to remain on the property to isolate in your room (if asymptomatic and with Ministry of Health approval), a special distressed rate will apply past your original departure date. Terms and Conditions apply.

Please ensure that you are aware of the Barbados travel protocols and ensure that you monitor them regularly in case of any changes. These were put in place to ensure that both citizens and visitors alike can StaySafe.
